Who we are
Before You Meet is operated by ACJ Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 62 697 820 385), Australia.
What we collect
When a provider uses Before You Meet, we process the client details the provider enters (name, email address, mobile number) and the client's responses on the link page. We use these to deliver the session link and keep the provider's record.
Mobile numbers and text messages
Mobile numbers are used only to send messages about the session the provider arranged. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Messages are delivered through our SMS provider, which processes numbers only to deliver them.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card details.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as the provider needs their record, or as required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing admin@acj3.com.
